Most of our books are in used condition and we can only promise that they are readable. Our supply is limited to mostly one book we cannot replace a "lost in the mail" book. If you do not recieve your order within a reasonable time please check with your post office or call me at 314-280-1192 or email me at pmorgan@shopnc.com. In most cases we will give a refund or a replacement if we have one.
